Regulatory Enforcement Policy

The main purpose of the Isle of Man CAA's enforcement role is to protect the public by encouraging compliance with rules applicable to civil aviation and to deter non-compliance. We also have a responsibility to those we regulate to be clear about when, why and how we will enforce compliance with rules and regulations.
