This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed by the Council of the European Union against Iran.
Following the publication of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2015/549, the Council of the European Union has amended Annex IX to Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012.
The amending regulation identifies those entities whose listings were annulled by the General Court of the European Union , and relists 33 entities.
The following entries, having been annulled and not relisted, have been removed from the consolidated list and are no longer subject to an asset freeze.
