The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading is making the public aware of a safety notice which has been issued in relation to Jack Wills Mug and Socks gift sets sold at Boots.
There is a potential safety issue with the ceramic mugs in these sets. In some instances, the base of the mug is cracking and separating when boiling water is applied, so, as a precautionary measure, these products are being recalled.
Products affected:
Men’s gift set - Item code 8085447
Ladies’ gift set - Item code 8085560
Affected gift sets were sold between September 2018 and February 2019 and feature the “Superior Quality” Jack Wills design print.
What to do:
Stop using the mug immediately and return it to your nearest Boots store at your earliest convenience for a full refund.
