Complaints Procedure
Compliments and Complaints Procedures
If you wish to compliment the service provided by PPV's, or if you experience a problem or have any concerns or complaints about the service, then please contact the RTLC Office.
In order that the operator or driver and/or the vehicle can be identified, it would be helpful if you could provide all or some of the following:
- The driver's name
- The driver's PPV badge number
- The vehicle licence plate number
- The vehicle registration number
- The time and date of the journey
- Full details of the journey, i.e. to and from
All complaints need to be written and sent to the RTLC office by email or post. Anonymous complaints are not accepted.
