Goods Vehicle Registration

A Goods Vehicle Registration is aimed at a business which will use vehicles commercially only in the Isle of Man.

Goods Vehicle Licence

A Goods Vehicle Licence is aimed at a business which will use vehicles commercially both in the Isle of Man and the UK.

Do I need to register?

If your business operates a vehicle or semi-trailer over 3,500kg on the public highway for commercial use, and is not exempt as defined in Section 32 of the Road Transport Regulations 2018, you must register as a Goods Vehicle Operator.
