The RTLC is open during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Please be aware that the RTLC operates on an appointment basis only. Please arrange an appointment in advance in order to ensure that an officer is available to assist you.
