The European Commission has amended Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 ('the 2001 Regulation') with effect from 7 November 2012.
The amendment reflects the removal of one individual from the list provided for in Article 2(3) of the 2001 Regulation.
The individual removed is therefore no longer subject to the asset freeze imposed under Article 2(1) of the 2001 Regulation.
