Prescribed Persons - Annual Reporting
This page will be used to link annual reports made my Prescribed Persons in accordance with the Prescribed Persons (Duty to Report) Regulations 2025. The deadline for publication is 30 September. A prescribed person must notify the Department for Enterprise of its publication within 1 month, at which point, the report will be linked on this page.
There are exemptions from the reporting requirements, in particular, those prescribed persons who are UK organisations who report under UK law.
