Clear skies and light winds will allow surface temperatures to quickly fall below ZERO after sunset leading to a widespread frost as well as some icy patches in areas that are damp/wet.

Increasing cloud amounts and stronger winds will allow temperatures to recover before dawn tomorrow; Wednesday morning will be frost and ice free.
