With a moderate westerly wind, the most likely affected area will be Fenella, however to a lesser extent, Shore Road (Rushen), Castletown, Laxey and the northern end Douglas Promenade may still have some splash over.

The high spring tide at midday [~11:58] may lead to some overtopping of waves with a risk of debris on exposed coastal roads and promenades.
