| Description | The Department is proposing an amendment which will extend the types of premises within the scope of the Litter Control Notices Regulations 2004 by allowing notices to be issued in respect of litter (including smoking-related materials) generated from:- (i) all pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and other eating and drinking venues; and (ii) all offices, factories or shops in which one or more persons work. |
