This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Syria.

The entry for ABDULKARIM, Wael (Group ID 13230) has been annulled following a Judgment of the General Court of the European Union which has now come into force. As a consequence of the Judgment, ABDULKARIM, Wael is no longer subject to the asset freeze imposed by Council Regulation (EU) No 36/2012.
