Quarterly Returns

Companies who hold a licence under the Online Gambling Regulations Act 2001 are subject to the compliance regime of the Gambling Supervision Commission and as such, are required to submit quarterly returns.

All licence holders are required to submit the Online Gambling Quarterly Return to provide information regarding Notifications, Player Fund Protection, Funding, Employment & SARs and to provide their Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account. 

In addition, licence holders are required to submit the AML/CFT Quarterly Return with the exception of those companies who are purely licenced for Software Supply / Token Based Software Supply.

Returns are due on or before the 21st of the month following the quarter end as follows:

The latest version of both returns can be found below.  Once completed, the returns should be emailed to gaming@gov.im, copying in the 2 signatories to confirm their declaration.  A hard copy is not required.
