Cloudy with further outbreaks of rain this evening and overnight, potentially heavy at times and with strong to near-gale force south-easterly winds increasing up to severe gale force overnight, giving gusts of 55-65 mph expected widely. Rain may also turn wintry over high ground towards the end of the night.

Wet and very windy start tomorrow with the easterly severe gales continuing before gradually easing slightly in the afternoon as the rain clears. Top temperature 7°C. Further rain or showers arriving Tuesday evening.
Largely cloudy on Wednesday with a small risk of showers, perhaps merging into longer spells of rain later. Strong south-easterly winds and highest temperature of 8°C.
