How to enrol for tax services

Step 1 – Request Activation Code | Step 2 – Activate Service

Step 1 – Request Activation Code

To activate a service you must first request an Activation Code. By making this request you will receive an eight digit Activation Code by post within 3 to 5 working days. You will also receive a four digit Security Code via email.

Step 2 – Activate Service

Select the service you wish to activate from the tax services home page. If you are not already logged in, you will then be asked to do so.

In order to enrol you will then need to enter in:

• the correct Tax Reference Number
• the eight digit Activation Code you received by post
• the four digit Security Code you received by email
• your Date of Birth – if enrolling for Individual Tax Services
