Potential Change in Counter Hours

Due to office building work being done, the Public Sector Pensions Authority would like to kindly ask for members to submit queries where possible via email at or via phone on +44 1624 685598.

Due to health and safety, the building work may result in changes to counter opening hours at short notice and we cannot guarantee someone will be available in the office for the entirety of our standard counter hours and encourage members to contact us using the above methods. This change takes effect from 17 April 2024. We anticipate that this will take approximately 3 weeks, but this is subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.

The Public Sector Pensions Authority (PSPA) is an independent Statutory Board. The functions of the PSPA are set out in the Public Sector Pensions Act 2011. Its principal role is to manage and administer the pensions and injury benefits for a majority of Isle of Man public servants. The work of the PSPA is overseen by the PSPA Board.
