Some of Santa’s little helpers visited Noble’s Hospital yesterday (21 December 2023), delivering gift bags to the Children’s Ward, Maternity Ward and Neonatal Unit!
Representatives from Arlo’s Adventure, a charity that supports Manx residents requiring treatment in UK hospitals, and also provides support for bereaved families following the loss of a child or a pregnancy, visited Noble’s to deliver gifts to those who will be in hospital over the festive period.
Gifts were generously donated by members of the public, and the team at Arlo’s Adventure put together a huge number of festive bags to help patients and Manx Care colleagues get involved in celebrations.
Vicky Christian from Arlo’s Adventure (pictured below with her son, Theo) said:
‘It’s been great to provide a bit of Christmas cheer to those who have to spend the festive season in hospital, as well as to those who are working during this time. We’re really grateful to members of the public for their support in putting together these gift bags, and hope that they can bring some smiles.’
