Consultation aims to assess effectiveness of Customs and Excise communications

Tuesday, 20 October 2020

Feedback is being sought from businesses and traders on how they communicate with the Isle of Man Government in relation to their Customs, Excise and VAT requirements.

A survey has today been launched on the Government consultation hub aiming to assess the overall customer experience and whether improvements can be made to the services provided by the Customs and Excise Division of the Treasury.

It seeks to understand through a series of 18 multiple choice questions how people choose to interact with the Customs & Excise Division and how they rate those interactions.

The consultation can be found by visiting the Isle of Man Government’s online consultation hub at https://consult.gov.im/

For those unable to access the consultation hub, a paper version of the consultation can be requested via customs@gov.im, or by calling +44 1624 648130.

The process will run for three weeks and conclude on Friday 6 November.
