Two further COVID-19 deaths confirmed - 4pm 24 April 2020

Two further deaths from coronavirus have been confirmed in the Isle of Man.

One was a death in the community and one was in hospital meaning there have now been thirteen deaths in the community and five in hospital.

Since the last update (4pm Thursday 23 April) there has been one further confirmed positive test for coronavirus in the Isle of Man. 

The total number of confirmed cases now stands at 308.

In total 268 patients have been instructed to self-isolate and 22 are being treated at the hospital. The contact tracing process is already underway led by Public Health.

There have been 2,715 concluded tests, 36 people are awaiting results and 49 people are awaiting tests.

In total 230 individuals are presumed recovered.
