Annexes III and IV to Council Regulation (EC) 1210/2003 have been amended with effect from 5 February 2019, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2019/162. The Amending Regulation reflects the decision made on 29 January 2019 by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee to remove eight entries from the UN Iraq list
The following entries have been removed from the UK’s Consolidated List and are no longer subject to an asset freeze.
