Financial Sanctions: Iraq

This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed against Iraq.

Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) 1210/2003 has been amended with effect from 26 September 2018, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/1286. The Amending Regulation reflects the decisions made on 19 September 2018 by the UN Security Council Sanctions Commitee to remove two entries from the UN Iraq list

The following entries has been removed from the UK’s Consolidated List and are no longer subject to an asset freeze.
