Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) 1210/2003 has been amended with effect from 8 September 2018 2018, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/1218. The Amending Regulation reflects the decisions made on 28 August 2018 by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee to remove one entity from the UN Iraq list
The following entry has been removed from the UK’s Consolidated List and is no longer subject to an asset freeze.
