This news release is issued in respect of measures taken against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine.
The entry for Serhiy Hennadiyovych ARBUZOV (Group ID 12946) has been annulled following a judgment of the General Court of the European Union which has now come into force.

As a consequence of the judgment Arbuzov is no longer subject to the asset freeze imposed by Council Regulation (EU) 208/2014.
