High levels of customer satisfaction confirmed in IMS Survey

A recent survey carried out by Isle of Man Post Office has confirmed its Integrated Mailing Solutions (IMS) customers service satisfaction levels. 

The survey which demonstrated high levels of customer satisfaction, was carried out on Island, sector wide, and indicated the most regularly used IMS services by respondents being print, mail dispatch and envelopment, over a 12 month period. 

Respondents were also asked how they rated the services provided by IMS, to which all services received a majority rating of good or excellent. Finally, when asked if they planned to use the IMS services in the next 6-12 months all of the respondents replied, ‘yes’, and when they were asked if they would recommend IMS services, over 95% said yes! 

Commenting on the findings, interim Commercial Director, Niall Carey, said:

'We regularly conduct surveys with our customers to ensure we consistently maintain the levels of service our customers expect. We were delighted with the results of our most recent survey which demonstrates very high levels of satisfaction amongst customers and reflects the importance we place on our ISO accreditations.'
