This news release is issued in respect of measures taken against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in the Central African Republic.
Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 has been amended with effect from 12 March 2016, following the publication of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2016/354 (“the Amending Regulation”).
The Amending Regulation reflects the decision made on 7 March 2016 by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee established pursuant to Resolution 2127 (2013) to add one individual and one entity to the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures.
The following entries have been added to the Consolidated List and are now subject to an asset freeze.
