The Council of Ministers has agreed the appointment of East Douglas MHK Jon Joughin as a new member of the Department of Infrastructure.
Mr Joughin will have responsibility for highways at the DOI. He replaces North Douglas MHK John Houghton who had been suspended from the Department since 17 May and is now no longer a member.
