As part of the Key Stage 3 charity focus this year, Year 8 tutor group 8Abe took on the challenge to raise funds to help the Syrian Refugees, after seeing the turmoil that they face.
They managed to raise £222.50 in a sponsored silence event. Today the students had the pleasure of meeting Rosemary Walters from Save the Children who explained how the money would help the refugees.
