Students from Queen Elizabeth II High School enjoy roller skating rewards trip

Thursday, 21 April 2016

Throughout the year students at Queen Elizabeth II High School have been earning reward stickers on behalf of their House. These are awarded for effort, progress, positive attitude and contribution to the school community.

The winning House this term, with a total of 5370 reward stickers was Foillan.

Thanks to the generosity of Nationwide Building Society, more than 120 students in years 7-11 were rewarded with a trip to the Roller Disco at Nobles Park.

Teacher, Mr Eyres, who accompanied the students on the trip said “It has been great fun, it’s fantastic to be able to reward so many students for their effort throughout the year. Thank you Nationwide for supporting this initiative.”

The battle for first place in the end of year sticker total continues! The winning House will receive the House Totals Cup as well as enjoying an afternoon out of school on a visit to the cinema.
