Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 has been amended with effect from 30 September 2015, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2015/1740 (“the amending Regulation”).
The amending Regulation reflects the decisions made by the UN Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee on 9 September 2015 to delete one person from the sanctions list and on 21 September 2015 to add four new entries.
