The Department gives notice that it intends to dispose of the following items abandoned on the Department's property without permission.
Under section 24 of the Act the Department may remove any item left on its property without permission of the Harbour Master.

The Department hereby gives notice that after 21 days have elapsed from the published date of this Notice the listed property will be disposed of under section 25(5) of the Harbours Act 2010.
