Council Regulation (EC) No 2488/2000, which imposed financial sanctions against Slobodan Milosevic and those persons associated with him has been repealed by Council Regulation (EU) No 1145/2014 of 29 October 2014.
Whilst an Order will be required to formally give effect to the repeal in Island law, the Treasury will nevertheless also regard the asset freeze imposed on the following persons as no longer applying:

• MILUTINOVIC, Milan (Group ID: 7287)
• MRKSIC, Mile (Group ID: 7314)
• OJDANIC, Dragoljub (Group ID: 7386)
• RADIC, Miroslav (Group ID: 7408)
• SAINOVIC, Nikola (Group ID: 7425)
• SLJVANCANIN, Veselin (Group ID: 7457)
• STOJILKOVIC, Vlajko (Group ID: 7469)
