The Isle of Man’s Double Taxation Agreement with the Republic of Singapore enters into force today, 2nd May 2013.
The agreement was signed in London on 21 September 2012 by Eddie Teare MHK, the Isle of Man’s Treasury Minister, and Mr T Jasudasen, the High Commissioner of Singapore.
The Isle of Man ratified the agreement at the November 2012 sitting of Tynwald, and the Singapore High Commission in London has now confirmed that Singapore has completed its own ratification procedures.
