This notification is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed against the former Liberian President, Charles Taylor, and those persons and entities associated with him and advises an amendment to Annex I of Council Regulation (EC) No. 872/2004. It reflects the decision made on 14 September 2012 by the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1521 (2003) to remove one individual from the UN list maintained under resolution 1532 (2004).

The individual whose name has been deleted from Annex I is therefore no longer subject to the asset freeze.
