This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed by the Council of the European Union against Iran.
The Judgment of the General Court of the European Union in respect of Qualitest FZE (Case T-421/11) has now come into force.
As a consequence of the Judgment, Qualitest FZE is no longer subject to the asset freeze imposed by Council Regulation 267/2012 (notwithstanding its continued appearance in Annex IX).
