This news release is issued in respect of the asset freezing measures relating to Libya.
Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) No 204/2011 has been amended with effect from 23 April 2013, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 364/2013.
The amendment takes the form of the removal of one individual from Annex III.
