TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday 20th November 2012 at 10am in the Committee Room, Ground Floor, Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas the Financial Services Tribunal will convene to resume the adjourned hearing of the appeals of:

Mr Pritesh Ramesh Desai, Appeal No. FST/2011-06;

Mr Nigel Andrew Anthony McFarlane, Appeal No. FST/2011-07; and

Mrs Jayne Marian Evett, Appeal No. FST/2011-08

against the issue and terms of a Warning Notice dated 24th October 2011 which was issued to each appellant by the Financial Supervision Commission pursuant to section 11 of the Financial Services Act 2008.

The above oral hearing is open for members of the public to attend.
