SEQ Holdings Ltd

Notice is hereby given that the registration of SEQ Holdings Ltd under the Moneylenders Act 1991 (‘the Act’) is suspended for a period of three calendar months effective from 15th August 2013.

Under section 4(3) of the Act the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading may at any time suspend the registration of a person for a period of months not exceeding one year in all on any grounds which would entitle it to refuse an application for registration of that person and may at any time suspend that registration.
