SEQ Holdings Ltd - Cancellation of registration under the Moneylenders Act 1991

Notice is hereby given that the registration of SEQ Holdings Ltd under the Moneylenders Act 1991 (‘the Act’) will be cancelled as of 14th November 2013.

Under section 4(1) of the Act, the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading may at any time cancel the registration of a person on any ground which would entitle it to refuse an application for registration of that person.
