PUBLIC NOTICE - Louis Group Capital (IOM) Limited

Notice is hereby given that the registration of Louis Group Capital (IOM) Limited (‘the Company’) under the Moneylenders Act 1991 (‘the Act’) is suspended until 1st March 2013.

Under section 4(3) of the Act, the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading (‘the OFT’) may at any time suspend the registration of a person, for a period or periods not exceeding one year in all, on any ground which would entitle it to refuse an application for registration of that person, and may at any time terminate the suspension.

With reference to section 6(5) of the Act, it appears to the OFT that this is an exceptional circumstance which makes it expedient that the decision shall have effect without delay and, consequently, the OFT directs that section 6(4) of the Act shall not apply and that the decision shall have immediate effect.
