Important Safety Notice – Chargers for Nokia Lumia 2520 Tablet

The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading wishes to make the public aware of an important safety notice which relates to both a specific charger sold exclusively with the Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet and a travel charger accessory for the same tablet that was sold as a standalone item. No other Nokia chargers are affected by the notice.

A quality issue with the plug on both chargers could lead to the user touching the internal components of the plug and this could cause an electric shock.

What you need to do:

Nokia advises all Lumia 2520 tablet owners to stop using the charger and the travel charger accessory immediately.
