This consultation paper for Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 2011 contains an explanation of the proposed changes to the fees charged for services by the Isle of Man Ship Registry.

The regulations which are also attached in draft to this document revoke and replace the previous fees regulations SD 125/08 Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 2008 and subject to approval by Tynwald will come into operation on 1 April 2010.
