The Isle of Man Civil Aviation Administration has issued a consultation on a Bill to amend the Aviation and Civil Aviation Act 1987 which would provide the ability to make secondary legislation to meet the Island's international obligations in respect of civil aviation and to regulate the Island's civil aviation in general.
