Certification & Certification of Airworthiness (C of A)
Prior to any flight the aircraft must be issued with a Certificate of Airworthiness, Noise certificate and be presented by your Nominated Airworthiness Technical Representative (NATR) to our Airworthiness Surveyor. Application via Form 3 for C of A.
Checklist for C of A issue
You (as the aircraft operator) are required to ensure the aircraft is airworthy, 365 days a year. At the time of the C of A issue and renewal, your NATR should prepare the aircraft and aircraft records and then present both to our Airworthiness Surveyor on the day of the survey. The survey will follow the format of Registry Publication 7 (RP7).
