Minimum Equipment List
A Minimum Equipment List (MEL) can be prepared using our Registry Publication 6 (RP6), Registry Publication 25 (RP25) and the manufacturers Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL) and submitted for our approval.
Draft Minimum Equipment List (MEL) should be submitted accompanied by Form 8.
The Aircraft Registry will grant a special permission to operate an aircraft for 90 days using a Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL) in conjunction with our Registry Publication 25 (RP25), whilst a Minimum Euipment List (MEL) is prepared for our approval. Use Form 8a to apply for a MMEL.
