Returning your form
You should return your form, either online or using the pre-paid envelope, by Friday 6 May 2016. After this date, the Census Office will begin following up with households that have not yet returned the forms, with visits by a member of our team.
If you don't return your form
It is a legal obligation for you to return your completed form to us. The Census Act 1929 includes a section relating to penalties for those who do not return a form or who make false returns, including a fine of up to £1,000.
If you need help completing your form you can contact the Census Team either by phone, email or you can call in to see us.
If needed, we can also arrange for a member of our team to visit you.
From March 2016 until May 2016, the census team will be at the Isle of Man Government Welcome Centre, Sea Terminal in Douglas. There will also be kiosks available for you to complete your form online.
