School crossing patrol service

The School Crossing Patrol Service in the Isle of Man plays an important role in child road casualty reduction.

There are 20 sites throughout the Island in both town and country areas and 4 relief Patrols who cover for sudden absence in all areas.

School Crossing Patrols are on duty in all weathers twice a day in term times and are considered to be a very vital member of the community.
