When completing your passport application form, you can choose the address where your passport will be sent. If your home address is not convenient, you can provide an alternative delivery address.
Once we have processed your passport application, we will return your cancelled passport to you with information relating to the delivery of your new passport.
When your new passport has been printed, it will be collected from the secure print facility by the courier firm TNT, who are responsible for delivery of your passport to your chosen address using the Royal Mail Secure Delivery Service, via Isle of Man Post.
Delivery of your passport – Isle of Man addresses
You will need to provide a signature at the point of delivery to you by Isle of Man Post. If the delivery was unsuccessful, you will receive a ‘Notice Left Card” from Isle of Man Post. This will contain your tracking details. You should contact Isle of Man Post to arrange the redelivery or collection. Details of this service can be found on the Isle of Man Post Office’s website. You can also use the Isle of Man Post’s track and trace website to locate your delivery.
