Public counter hours

Monday to Friday: 10am to 2pm.

The counter may occasionally be closed for staff training or operational matters. Notifications will be put up giving sufficient notice.

Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 12pm (excluding bank holidays) – Calls to this number during this time will be transferred to a member of the passport team.

All calls are recorded to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of the Royal Prerogative and the Health and Safety at Work Act and to improve service quality, training, and to maintain accurate records of communications in the event of a dispute.
