If you were born on or before 2 September 1929 you are eligible for a free standard 32-page 10 year passport but if you need to use the 5 day Express or the Emergency Passport Services, you will have to pay the relevant fee.

* 5 day Express Service & the Emergency Passport Service are available for lost and stolen applications. The Isle of Man Passport Office reserves the right to extend the time period or reject the application if appropriate.

** This fee does not include the return of documents (including previous passport). If you require the return of these to an overseas address there will be an additional fee.

Please note – All cheques should be made payable to 'Isle of Man Government' and we are unable to accept post-dated cheques.

Government Offices - Passport Post Box: There is a Passports post box by the main entrance to Government Offices. You can submit your application in an envelope with all the required documentation and payment: correct cash, cheque or postal order.

Express Service by Post: If an Express application is made by post the 5 working day service starts from the day after it is received by our office.
