Tradeperson’s or charity vehicle access permits

There are two methods of obtaining permits to allow tradespersons to be able to carry out their work.

In the first instance if the request is to allow parking in a Disc Zone controlled area then you will need to attend, or contact the Vehicle Testing Centre on +44 1624 627431 in order to purchase a book of scratch card ‘Trademen’s Access Permits’ these are available in cards of 10 for £10. Terms and conditions apply.

If the request is for any area other than a Disc Zone such as a street that is ordinarily closed to motor vehicles then please complete an application via the link below. Again terms and conditions are defined within the application form so please read and check your eligibility before submitting it.

This process also applies to Charities requiring the same access. There is no charge for this application method, however please note that applications for disc zone areas will be refused if received from trade applicants.
